PVP Is permanently?

A long time ago, I accidentally attacked a more than 1300-level mage, threw a knife at him. I thought our PVP record will be cleared, until today, he can still attack me. A player told me that 15 players after his attack to clear my record, this is correct?

I was under the impression that if a lower level attacks a higher level player that the higher level would be able to attack the lower level player only until game reset sometime in the A.M. U.S.A. Time. I could be wrong about this. Anyone else?

I hate to say this, but until 15 other players attack him after u did, he can kill u endlessly with no penalties. However, if he follows u around hunting u and killing u, u can report to the GMs as a violation of game rule 9.

I don't know how to be considered hunting behavior, but every time he saw I will attack me, until kill. I did not clan.

Many players only travel across maps to do quests or to get to the map they want to work on. So if you are working (fishing, gathering, questing, grinding, etc) on a map and he kills you - okay. But if you go to another map and he finds you and kills you, it can be considered hunting. If you move to another map and he shows up, we call it harassment and we will warn him to quit it. If he fails, we will punish him. The magic number isn't 3, but I am only using as an example. If you return to the same map where the other player is repeatedly, there is not much we will do, but once you find a new place and he runs you off from that spot, we will consider him violating the rules. (Obviously, clan warfare does not apply here)

So I for example. I on the map (0, 0) implementation of a task, or in the leveling. Just met the senior players, he killed me, but I also have to back (0, 0), he has to be there, see me again kill me so this be regarded as hunting behavior it? I actually more want to know pvp records how to clear, like someone tell me, 15 people attack him after also is based on time may be?
