Forgotten Tales

A clan member of mine wanted to test with me to see how much damage he and I could both do. We are in the same clan. He is way lower level than me. When I tried to attack him, a message that pvp has been disabled and that player level was too low popped up. I'm just curious why that popped up. I didn't think there was pvp protection among those who are clanned. Does anyone know why this message popped up?

So u can't have low lvlz join ur clan and just kill them. A lil protection against shady ways to kill low lvl players it use to be a real problem back in the day.
