Lvl 30 ring no more in shop

The level 30 ring was usually on sale in armor shop at Silverwood city.
In that shop now we have a doubled armor, i.e. the same item is in two different shop slots (someone posted a screenshot one or two days ago), and the level 30 ring is no more for sale
It seems that a glitch or a bug switched the doubled armor with the ring
