Force Quit Bug

I made a new account "SergWrecks" and bought the shield, robe, wand, staff, and pets from the purchase items in the menue. I also removed the Ads. When I went to go play the game I keep getting the message "unfortunately, Forgotten Tales mmorpg has stopped"
It never loads and I can't play. So I tried Uninstalling and reinstalling the game, still broke. I tried resetting my phone and still nothing. I even went as far as to create another account in which the game works. I don't want to have to create another account because I already put money on my other one.
can someone help me please fix this so I can play the game.
