I used the functionality of password reset via email of your characters by putting my password in. I reset them a few times. I have three characters Woell, Woel, Kingwoel and I am only able to login to Kingwoel now. Is there a user reset if you enter an incorrect password too many times? I would like to play my two characters.

I checked and there is no account "Kingwoel" on server.

Are usernames case sensitive? If so it is all lower case. I named my three characters. kingwoel is the only one I am able to login to. Please assist in allowing me to login to Woell a 43rd lvl dwarf. And Woel a lvl 10 Mage. All registered to the same email. Is there anything you need on my side to correct this situation?

There is the same password on all of these account and I checked and could logged successful:
kingwoel
Woell
Woel

Remember that the names are case sensitive.

Thank you this issue has been resolved. I am now aware username are case sensitive. Have a great weekend and thanks for the follow up.
