Neon skull keys

If I discard these skull keys to free up inventory, will Ibe able to get them again? I cannot put them in storage and I don't need them taking up valuable space in my inventory. These aren't the bone keys that drop from the Ogre Halflings, but the Neon Skull keys.

What about exploring a little bit more before discarding them? A key might have a matching lock...

They are used in east dungeon on new map that has the level based monsters to fight that I believe drop these keys but I'm not absolutely sure. I don't plan on going back to this dungeon until I am much higher in level. I'm a little disappointed that I cannot store these items. I get that they are not trade able and understand why but what does that have to do with storage at bank or tavern. I should be able to store these items.
