Clan storage bug.

Rufff (Ogre) lvl 68 will not let me store stone or register the account. i noticed it after I rejoined clan that I was having this issue. This is my account and has been from the very first creation. The problem is I can not register the account either. Can you please assist me with this issue and help me. Thank you.
