Has fishing been nerfed? I have noticed a considerably significant change in drop rate for items.

Nothing was changed. You don't have just luck.

Ok thanks Compbatant. Is there any way that you can tell me the percentage chance to fish an item?

You might help yourself with a simple luck spell, such as writing this on chat when you start fishing:
By Light of moon and Light of day may items all come this way
