Big Castles storage capability changed?

I noticed how a few Big Castles have now 10 pages max storage capability (200 slots) instead of the normal 15 (300) they should have based on Game Help Info.
Is that due to a modify in buildings features not yet recorded in Game Help Info, or is that a bug?
