Hi why when I switch to other map I always get disconnected? even using data connection or wifi? is it bug or connection problem? even when i opening my bag i get disconnect. please fix gm

yes all of my3 acc's always encounter this even my friend. I already try to uninstall my app and install it again even formatting my phone didnt work

yup we are from philippines we have stable connection at home I get always disconnect when I switch to other map. but my friend sometimes he encounter this we dont know whats the problem. I try to log to my other online game(TWOM) and try to switch other map and I didnt disconnected

I also have this issue, but not always, only happens once in awhile.

we need to fix this its very annoying

You should try it from another device.

I have seen no issues from my device.
