Elements menu disabled by stairs

Where: map 201.201, possibly elsewhere too
What: setting joystick on, wherever I enter map from stairs I can't see game elements contextual menus, i.e. buildings, walls, pets, players. Game interface works fine (meaning bag, map, chat, ...). In order to interact with elements again I have to relog
Why: this never happens when joystick is switched off
Other comments: problem happens on a tablet, yesterday I upgraded game to its more recent version and I'm in beta community
