Item glitch

In the new dungeon i opened a chest and the last item I got was the level 1500 crossbow. I clicked on directly on it carefully i made sure I clicked on it. Then I looked in my backpack it was not there. Same thing happened in the door before that I received 2 level 200 plates and in my backpack I only have 3. Check my activity if you must but I'd like to have the level 1500 crossbow for sure. I was on WhiteS3TH.
