Just like adding as friend you can add to group and say low lvls can lvl with higher lvls to lvl faster say each party member gets 25% of the xp each monster ur group kills but you get 100% of your own idk something to think about...

I think shared experience is a bad idea, as many will try to abuse it with the referral program to illegally gain levels. Too easily abused.

all onlines i played has party system which shares xp, divided among the members of the party...
all those online games are no lvl buying systems ^_^

This is a good idea in my opinion.
You invite people to the party (Party can possibly become like a non-pvp, grinding only clan) and all XP earned by one player gets divided between all members.
As long as:
Only people who are online get a share of the XP
Only people who are in the same map get a share of the XP
You can be a member of a party and a clan at once
