And what is safe from pvp drop? I don't think this is explicitly clear in the guidelines/rules.

I believe that Weapons are safe from dropping after Pvp loss. I also believe that Pharoah plate armor can not be dropped either. I think there is a mage robe that cannot be dropped either. Robe might be level 200.

That is correct but keep in mind if its a +1-+2 pharo plate or 200 robe then they become drop able
