I do not think a player should be able to PvP at a shop
If one is shopping one can be killed without warning
Unfair and broken IMO

Shops already have a PvP protection area. The same with the bank. Did you find an area or a shop that does not have protection? If so, please give us the coordinates. You can type /pos in the chat line and it will give your position. Stand near the shop, type /pos

Other players purchased houses also provide pvp protection. Just look for structures with a players name on it.

I am starting to believe that shop protection is more of an issue than a helpful feature.
It is now used as a way to hide in PvP and run when you are in the red zone of HP.
This is especially an issue near the wagon shop, as many clan wars take place here. As well as the witches sisters caravan, and the bank map.
Sorry if this is OT!

On the other hand it should protect peaceful players from PvP attacks...

Perhaps only having a smaller protection range in the range you must enter to open the shop, and this is disabled for outlaws, clanned players, and also, disabled for one minute after any PvP

I could agree about the long range of the shop being reduced, as I see it abused regularly at the wagon. However, disabling it for any player, outlaw or not, seems too much. Players would find a way to abuse the new limitations on it.
