Forgotten Tales

Regarding to the quest to bring 1 green, red, and yellow mixture to the disabled witch, in my case the it won't complete. I've gone to the witch and bring the three mixtures, but it won't give me the instructions. And my quest just not completed until now.
Help to fix this issue please..

Have you done the earlier quests, for example the giant lizard egg (there are others that I forget)?

Have you made the mistake I did and took a selection of healing potions to the witch as I didn't realise the red mixture was different?!

Is there a lvl requirement? There may be but I'm not sure.

Are you talking to the correct witch? There's one on the blacksmith map and another two maps or so above the spawn map.

Other than that....not sure!

If you have quests for lizard eggs, you can proceed with quests regardless of level. The quest start is not a witch, but a witch sister at (0.2).
First, talk to your sister and go to (1, -1) to talk and prepare three mixtures.
