In order to use a clan crafting building you need to join a clan owning one. You might also create a clan and attempt building a base crafter provided, but this would be less easy a goal to reach

In addition, some items above 750 cannot be crafted in any of the current buildings. You would have to visit the shop on the map above the warlock wagon map.
