Possible extra stats

I could be wrong but when I levelled from 60-61 I'm pretty sure I got 4 stat increases. It came up as +2 like normal but I'm pretty sure I got to push it 4 times.
My user is jamiewhite and I put it all on strength.
I just don't want to be punished if that is the case.
