New tab for clans

Would be a new tab in the section of the clan. In which the enemy clans, allies and the PNA (Non-aggression Pact) are shown. In this new tab the duke or the lords can modify the clans and indicate it like enemies, allies por pna. This new tab would be great for new people in the clan or clueless people :/
