reinstating the value of gold in the game

As I'm sure alot of us are aware, gold has become a bit useless especially for higher lvl players....I kinda want to start a thread to see any ideas that could help fix this....I've personally got a pretty hefty sack sitting there useless.

One idea I've had comes from a past game I played and it was pretty cool (it was a DBZ mmorpg and the feature was called the hyperbolic time chamber). Pretty much wat it was was a place where u could spend game currency and u could train ur character in an area where u would lvl much faster, but u only could until ur stamina was out (aka a time limit). In the colleseum I've noticed the underground passages there (seemingly useless for the time being) and I think that would be a great place. If could do this u could have like a shop gender or something and for example say u pay a billion gold to train in this area with monsters that give dbl the amount of xp as normal monsters would and u only get an hour at a time....u could even put like a 3-5 hr max per day or per system reset....u could even have 1 set up that u pay real money for where u get say a week pass in a room where the monsters give 3-5x as much xp (similar to the 7 day pvp protection)...there are a few different passages in the colloseum and the passages are as I said pretty much useless

IMO, as long as high level gear is able to be fished, there is not going to be much value of gold - certainly not the same value it once had. The market is flooded with high level gear that once cost a fortune for a player to obtain. Now, a fortune is very easy to acquire, and thus the value of gold is down. Limiting items through fishing is the only way I see this issue being resolved.

Yes i agree also gold is useless and fishing is a easy access to loads of it . 1st problem if you didnt fish gear then it would be impossible to obtain half the gear on the game seeing as very little is in shops. Thier is alot of work needed done sadly noone to put the time in it seems so fishing was the easy soltion to make gear obatainable. If more shops or just a single shop with all gear was added then you could fix the glitch with fishing and wouldnt have to prey you fish the pratacluir item u need it would also bring the value back to gold.

1. Add potions like +200k hp or more. They can cost like 1m/potion. It will absorb many gold from players.

2. Add new type of buildings.

3. Make the barrack's troops more powerful. That troops could also solve the problem.

4. Decrease the drop chances of fishing.

5. Feel free to tell your opinion and your ideas.

Yea most people charge lvls for higher lvl gear anymore anyway....but there are ways to implement gold usage without buying gear....higher lvl troops that cost alot more in barracks is a past idea I've seen before that I was fond of also.....another one I've thought of was making 2k gear +1/2 that cost a few bil gold or something...similar to the 250 +2 plate on the new pet shop map dungeon....that could be made pretty pricey even

Even a few simple solutions I feel would help stimulate the game currency market....which in turn would prob boost the amount of people crafting and probably the prices of some of the 250-1k gear...kind of a domino effect

Yep. If the gold that the players have wont be enough then the game will be much more enjoyable. Players will go to collect gold by many different ways and the game wont be as dead ad it is right now. Right now thee high lvl ones grinding for gold while the lower ones upgrading buildings.

Increasing the worth of gold will make the game much more interesting.

I'm already hating myself for stating it, but I have to: new farms production deeply changed clans gold needs.
A lvl 100 farm gives nowadays 14.4 millions, an amount slowly leading us - as far as I can see - to have no need to donate clan gold.
Clan building has been a huge gold consumer before current farm rules introduction.
