Could someone please explain pvp to me. I keep getting attacked by players who are more than 3 levels below me and when I try to attack back the game will not allow me to do so. This especially happens with those who have the freeze sword. Even after I have unfrozen myself I can't seem to hit them. I don't think that is fair that someone who is not normally in your range for pvp can hit you especially with the freeze when I can't start the pvp. What am I missing?

However, this sounds like they may be abusing an old bug in the system.
I thought it had been fixed.
Can you provide the approximate FT time this happens? (you get FT time by typing /time)
Can you provide the offending player's name?
It may be better to PM this stuff rather than post it.
I hope the issue gets looked into.

I'll try to take an ss next time this happens. I've generally been too busy trying not to get killed since they can go after me but I'm not able to defend. And I thought if you were attacked by a lower level player (they begin the attack) you were allowed to return the favor without becoming outlaw. Thanks for responding. I'm not really into pvp but I would like to be able to defend myself when I am attacked

I'm still trying to figure out why we can't immediately attack back once attacked. I was killed by a 277 mage at lvl 300+ because he hid in his pets so I couldn't target him. Why the need to target if under attack already
