How to delete your own clan?

If I recall correctly, this is done by selecting your clan page, and selecting your name (or rather, your rank icon) in the list. An option should appear to remove you from clan.
If you are the duke, and no one else is in the clan, the clan is deleted. Clan funds are lost.
However, if there is anyone else in the clan, the leadership will pass along to another, and the clan will remain.
