New Support Building / Town Hall

This new building can be called town hall or general tower idk;
This building wont attack, you will be able build only one of that. But this will 'support' other buildings.
It better be as big as a wall.
This building will have a big amount of HP, and be very hard to build (over 300 stones and planks) and every lvl will also be hard to build but give much hp.
And it increase the max towers and their lvls your other buildings can have.
For example:
Without this building, ur other buildings max lvl can be 500, and up to 6 towers. With this building lvl 1 finished, will get up to 1000 lvls to other buildings and up to 8 towers. Then 1500 lvls and 10 towers etc... with the max lvl of this building like 10000 lvls of towers, ( cant check currect numbers atm)
After that lvl , build more this building will only give more extra HP.
Also, I have an idea, that Without this building, clan wont be able see if clan buildings under attack, but when u build this building lvl 1+, you will get message like now if clan building under attack
this will help more strategic fights, destroy this and then destroy everything without enemy know it.
If this building is added to the game,cuz some people already have high buildings lvls, we might wont be able upgrade them anymore except if we build this building to the spesific lvl needed to be able lvl ur buildings more and more. Up to 10k
