While waiting for GMs to answer your post, you might add here a few info, such as if you are playing online or offline game, and in which situation, place and time did the fact happen.
If you play online game (as I suppose to be the case, given your other post), please note you can use chat command /pos to have info about the place your avatar stand in, and /time to know what game time it is. Pos and time info for the problem you encounter might often be useful to GMs in order to help you

Ok, a GM did not respond to your original post, yes.
This was mainly because, ardesia was correct in what she said; you needed to provide more information. I myself did not reply, as I could not add anything really except possibly "ardesia is exactly right".
Also, at the top of the bugs forum, it is stated, how to report a bug. You did not provide any of this information.
Finally, one could note, that ardesia has since become a GM since the original reply. So, you have the GMs attention.

So let's get down to business.
What game are you playing? Online or offline?
If online, what is the account name? (we are not, mind readers)
If offline, did you use the stat reset mage?

If online, we also need to know, when, where, and how.
Or, you could just refer to ardesia's original reply, and see what she said.
