As protection for peaceful players.
To create two states (peaceful and agresive) it could appear like a green dot (peaceful) or a red dot (agresive) next to the HP bar.
- You can't hit twice a "peaceful" player in the next hour unless he hits you too.
- You become "agresive" for attacking monsters or players
- You become "peaceful" 10 seconds after the last hit to a monster or a player

I'd also suggest that outlaws are treated as aggressive for as long as they are outlawed

I would agree except that this wouldn't really change much, just make people kill players grinding more bc that'd be the only way they could do it.

I understand the reasoning for allowing clans to be open for level difference, but there is now such a gap between high and low lvl players now that it's now becoming detrimental to the game.

Since there is no level cap in the game, new players are highly discouraged from becoming part of a clan bc they can be one shot at any moment in time by players they have no hope whatsoever of being able to do anything against. Heck most of the time they get killed so fast they don't even know who it was.

Clans aren't just about pvp, and they're not just for craft. It's the social aspect.

It's discouraging social behavior by making players seclude themselves in order to play the game peacefully. Doesn't sound very mmo-esque to me. :geek:

It's only the open map that bothers me, obviously clan maps should still be no lvl dif cap but if a lvl 100 is grinding it ain't right for a level 2k to just come one shot him. No matter what anyone says about clan mechanics, it's not fair and needs to be rebalanced.
