Translators And There Name Color In Forum

When i saw translator name as black for the first time in forum,I thought they were the Outlaw Peoples in forum 
Forum Outlaws? Lol. Now that's an interesting thought. Similar post restrictions as new users... Hmmmm... I could see where this could work as an alternative to banning users. OK...
