Forgotten Tales

Does anyone know how to avoid this bug that resets all quests and removes pets? This has happened to two people that I know. I do not want this to happen to me. There are quests that I truly dread doing again. Especially quests that have puzzles to figure out or switches. I do not like to solve puzzles in my rpg's. I am strictly hack and slash. I like games like the diablo series and World of Warcraft. Puzzles are absolutely unbearable for me.

Agreed, this is a horrible bug, and has affected several players that I am aware of.

All cases of this, MUST report immediately to Gandalf via forum PM.

Please include:
account name
approximate /time of bug (time AND date is important, in FT time)
a brief description of what happened

Gandalf should be able to fix this, when he is available.
Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid this bug; it can happen to anyone.

I was effected by this bug and now my quests are back, but i still dont have my pet and now my skin isnt correct either. It should be blinking mage and pet bat. Please fix.

Also, my armor is incorrect. I should have 200 gear.

An admin can fix this, if you PM them the details listed above.

This is a nightmare! My friends list is all messed up! Ive made a lot of progress the last week and its all gone! The contacts i made the new friends, gone! This is a huge mess!

This is tooo big of a hassle to sweep under the rug with a statement like that Ryaca and for 4 days now i've been really chill, patient and UNDERSTANDING. NOW TODAY My skin, pet and 200 level gear ALL missing! And i dont see all the players that were on my friends list all the time MAKING IT HARD TO RECONNECT! Like u said when u stated this thread !!!! This is a very bad bug, and its NOT FIXED !
