I didnt know where to post this but here it is. The pets "Staff Stan" and "Pink Wizard" ... The staff stan has a lower dex and lower damage rating then the Pink Wizard but if you where to take both pets to something thier dex should be able to hit every time for instance lets say the "Blue Vlads" the "staff stan" will hit it with every strike however the "pink wizard" will miss many strikes before it hits its target. However thr damage is greater for the pink wizard when it does hit, but with it being higher dex then the staff stan it should it just as many times if not more then the staff stan. With greater force, expecially because you have to be a higher level to purchase the pink wizards then the staff stans. So why is this not the case?

I believe pink wizards have a slower frequency of attack than staff stans. I think pink wizards only hit once every 4 seconds.

According to monster list, those two have the following stats:

Pink wizard 9 speed
Staff Stan 7 speed

So if speed means speed of attack, then the pink wizard should be faster.

Frequency of attack is what I was talking about. Speed is different.

Attack speed is not Frequency of Attack

The Pinkies attack every 5 secs for 4200 or roughly 800 dmg a second and have a greater range of attack

The Staffs attack every sec for 750 dmg ...roughly the same

Keep this in mind that attacking every sec gives the Staffs a much higher chance of hitting crits on the Pinkies
then would first seem possible if freq wasn't understood and the Staffs have 2.5 times the HP.

Attacking every sec is more useful for lower level mobs as well.

On a side note, I killed over 5k of the pinkies without a single Diamond Staff drop ;-( Bad rng!

For the record, speed is walking speed, and bonuses from boots, legs, etc. are applied to pets at next map change or login.

Yes but pink wizards should be better pets then the staff stans considering you have to level way more to get them. Shouldn't be the same as the staff's stans that's the point I'm trying to get across.
