So you know, fishing was recently changed.
It is no longer possible, to fish items levelled 500 and above.
If this is what you're referring to, then that is it.

As far as chance goes, it's all chance; some get a lot of stuff, some days; some get nothing but fish.

I'll catch it, clean it, cook it. BUT DOOM IS NOT EATING IT!!
