How to use this portal

Hi! I end one quest that is bring all 500 weapons. And the NPC told some about one portal. Is this the portal?
How I use it? If not, what is this portal and what it does ^^

The NPC told you about "blue teleport" (phrase in dialog "I will tell you how to use the blue teleport in the magic room").
You can find the blue teleport on this map at position 128.70.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that the portal in question is not active because that quest has not been developed yet. Maybe that will lead to the lost miners...

Portal works. I hear that one of your high lvl clan mates used it.

I am not familiar with the map, and vaguely familiar with the quest (I read the quests).
Anyway, I would point out, the /pos in the screenshot is not the /pos of Kromelg's answer....
Perhaps, there are two portals? I don't know...
The issue of the original post is, "does this portal work", and I cannot answer that.
But, my point is, the portal at Kromelg's given pos should work.

Going by the coordinates, the portal he refers to is to the southwest, and not overly far....
I'm sorry I cannot help more at this time.
I hope, Kromelg himself may comment with further directions.
I might, go there on my GM account later and try and figure this out if I can.
Until then, I suggest you guys explore a little, and see what you find; if someone does find a solution, please be kind enough to share.
