Atm, no; there isn't I don't think.
The only way is to acquire through other players who already obtained by fishing.
This can be done by trading or PvP.

There is something coming in an update, soon I'm told.
Until then, patience will need to be with us.

I already have a good idea of what players will have to spend/provide in the future update to be able to obtain 2k gear and players are going to be crying...crying! I can't wait to read the posts.

In Parallel Kingdom one had to pay insane amounts of gold to get gear near to its maximum level, plus precious (and even more expensive) jewels to max it out.

Players absolutely had to have parity, so they paid.

Was pk a console game?

PK was mobile (phones and tablets) but there was a web browser version that could be played on a PC, but on a completely different server (i.e. one could not play the same character on both servers). One was also not allowed to have multiple accounts on the same server.

What happened to it?
