Lost acc and no response from GM's or admins

How is this a forum when the admins n gms do not respond?? I payed 700 for lvls asking for help and admin not GM's respond!?!?! Nice way to cheat money guys real nice...

Calm down please.
I would refer you to rule 11.
Do not contact more than one GM at a time, or you may be ignored.
If you do not receive a reply within 3 days, you may PM another GM.
For purchase issues, yes, you need to contact an admin.
Please include your account name and your GPA codes from your receipts.

Just curious. Have you waited a full 3 days for a response? Did you only attempt to contact one member of the FT team and only one? If you tried to contact more than one person about your issue, then you have broken a forum rule and I'm pretty sure they won't be in a hurry to get back to you. If you have only attempted to contact one member of the FT staff, hopefully they will get back to you in time. Patience is the key.
