Modular House

As I understand them, houses basically have 3 purposes: crafting items, increased storage (100 slots), storing pets

I suggest that house purchases get broken in units. Here's my thoughts:

Module 1 (initial purchase):
Abilty to craft items OR increased storage
Cost: $25

Module 2:
Option not taken in initial purchase
Cost $20

Module 3:
Option to store 2 pets
Cost $5
*** This option can not be initial purchase. Can be bought at same time or after module 2 purchase

This would enable players to purchase a house based on current needs, with ability to add-on. Developers make some $ from players who normally wouldn't spend the full amount at once.

Obviously, my pricing is just a suggestion!
