I am stuck my character cannot move

My character is stuck in a corner of a city between a wall and two buildings. I am unable to move from this location. Please help me.

Do you use joystick? If so, please try switching to touchscreen and escape!

Do you have pets? Try whipping them around and out of your way, then move.

Switch from joystick to touch screen (if necessary)
Whip all pets away
