Very nice image. I have only one question. Do new item images count towards posted suggestions of 5? If a thread for images is being started, perhaps GMs need to specify on this as well, in order to prevent issues in the future. Other than that, I love this post. Gives me new ideas.

Any kind of new color scheme added in the (official) new skins post counts for the 5 limit.
Nick posted this image here, which can be done and doesn't sum up for the 5 limit (imo; other opinions from staff members are welcome as always) - but being not in the official proposals post has very low chances of being choosen to be used in game

You may be correct about a low chance, but this is the suggestion forum. Might be a good place for item ideas, as the "official" thread states monster skins.

I would say, all constructive ideas are welcome in the Suggestions forum.

Keep in mind though, all ideas posted here have low chances.
Just go through the massive amount of pages... there's plenty of "good" ideas that were largely supported, but never implemented.
But, it never hurts to try; and I always encourage players to post their ideas. Because, you never know.

Just a note
When editing pictures, and the background changes colours, there is a way to fix it

There are free sites on the net that allow you to remove backgrounds by making them transparent
There are a few that claim they're free, but then try to charge you, so beware
I used to have a link to a good one, but I lost it sadly

Try searching the net for "PNG transparent background editor free" or something
Typically, you upload the file, then using some provided tools, you select what you want to keep or what you want to make transparent
They usually have tutorials on site, and after a little playing around with it, you can figure it out
Once you're satisfied, you can download the pic
When downloading, you might want to download what you see, rather than their download button, for security reasons, idk
