What about to make competitions and give present to winners..e.g who will grind and get more lvls in season and first place will win 30 second 20 and third 10lvls o...or something like this..it's heppening in clash of clans and it's so cool

I think the prize shouldn't be levels. Maybe gear. Or a special skin.

Another option is to have clans have similar competitions among their members, for building and getting materials with gold and items as prizes from the Duke.

And for something similar for unclanned players, like Ardesia's Easter chest hunt. A competition NPC which sets a (big) shopping list of rare items to collect to complete the quest. The reward is millions in gold or a very rare (perhaps 2k!) item and a significant XP award.

Yeah we players need some new things or I m getting boring with this game and thinking to leave or not this game..I know about 20 players who leave or playing 10 mins in a day

It's always good when there are extras added to the game for variety. Look forward to seeing the ideas:)

We need GMs to work harder? Why would you say so?
Please note, GMs DO NOT PROGRAM THE GAME.
There is only one programmer, compbatant.

A few GMs have designed some content.
Notably BlitzCraig (past FT GM), DaHobbit, and Gandalf. (sorry if I forgot anyone).
This is done in the EXACT SAME WAY as any player can contribute.
The last content update, was a fantastic contribution from a player and translator, kromelg.
Another player is making an attempt to design gear, found here.

You want to point a finger at GMs, at what we have not done for content?
I'll point that finger at you in return.
What have you contributed?

Just don't want this game die..because its really good game and this fact that many leaving ennoying me...sorry

Alright then.
You should know, that you're not the only one who feels this way.
We have a very good, strong community here, and most (if not all) feel the same.
Also, we have a team of GMs that feel the same too.

We are all frustrated, and unhappy when things don't go as "perfectly" as we would like, or as we envision.
Many people over the years have said that this game is so full of potential.

Unfortunately, the creator and programmer, is only one man, who has a busy life too.
So, as a community, we need to work together to help him out.

It's easy enough for anyone to say "hey, this isn't done? why not? it should have been!"
But it's the real heroes of the community that do some part to help out.

Players help in many ways; some help new players; some make suggestions on forum; some actually take the time to make guides; some make new content; some report rule breakers; some spend money on the game; some become GMs; some do a combination of these things.

Not everyone is good at everything.
Myself, I don't have much money, and I'm really bad at artwork. I tried to make some new maps long ago; they weren't that great tbh.
So, I just found other ways to help out.
Find what you're good at, and help out that way.
If we all work together, this game can become the really awesome thing we all dream about
