To those who haven't notice that yet: it is now possible to toggle on/off the grid and coords display on the worldmap by tapping on any part of it
It's no more restricted to the rosewind/compass!

Not quite true. Actually, the grid and coords toggle by tapping on the compass center! Tapping anywhere else still does nothing (at least that's the case on my Galaxy Tab 4).

Ah! That might be due to normal and beta versions of the game app being slightly different. I guess then that the "click any point" toggle is going to arrive soon to the normal version

Will this new feature require a google playstore update or will this update automatically?

If it's in the beta, then it's almost certainly a client side change so yes, a new version would have to appear on the playstore and be downloaded.

Server side changes just require a server reset.

That's true, but in this case the feature started being there with no update having been done. Hence my "I don't know"
