there should be an option to buy multiples of an item and if the amount is more than the backpack can hold the amount that is purchased is equal to the amount of empty space in the backpack

I suggested this so long ago, and still support the idea. It could be done just as assigning stat points where you can indicate the number of units of a certain item you want to purchase. If you have space and enough gold, purchase completes. Otherwise, it only resets (does nothing).

This is a great idea. Same with taking stone and planks out to build. A lot of tapping to fill four packs and I don't even want to think about the nightmare of leveling my crafting making forest robes and filling my packs hundreds of times with blue mana pots. So much tapping.

Yes this idea has been offered up by a few over the years, I still support it though.
