Why not put an exchange system in the game? There could be a system where we could pass "20" items at the same time invoking Gold, type TALISMAN ONLINE, LINEAGE .... The current system is very obsolete which makes it very difficult at the time of the transactions since we can not spend more than 1 item Same time. I hope the development team thinks about it because the game would look better.

development team? Which development team?
We have only one person who brings new stuff to game
And he disappeared
That's a mystery where is he now some said he is "busy'
It's been long time we didn't had any updates

Our game dev didn't actually disappeared, bbardiya. He is working at the game, even if you might not been noticing the adjustments.

You mean those hidden updates? If not well why he doesn't say anything on forum about updates and so on?

They are not hidden. There are several changes an app can have without the need of a new version being released - they are not hidden, but simply not requiring an update in the app shop.
And yes, of course the game staff is in contact with the game dev
