So I just started and messed up the first quest and now I can't get it back. Can I delete my character and restart? I used my main gaming handle so I don't want to just make a new account

Unfortunately, a character removal is something done in very rare and special cases.
But we can help you sort out the quest issue.
Please better explain what do you mean with messing it up.

Sorry about that I'm new here I'll read up on them

Anyways, I had just started and I did the first quest to kill the wolves which then gives the second quest to return the book to the Beekeeper. I accidentally clicked the " X " button to dismiss the book because I didn't realize that's what it was for.

Could you please reset this quest for me?

The best solution is for a GM to give you the book so you can complete the quest. Just ask one of the GMs. There is usually one on the start map. If not, try again a little later. We try to keep a presence there so players can get help with game related issues such as yours.

If you have multiple devices you can use, you can create a new account and transfer the book to the one you messed up the quest on. Or have a friend transfer the book if you only have one device.
