No. Only spells cast by a mage qualify as magic damage. Certain monsters, and all buildings, have an immunity to skills such as fire attack or an ogre's "twister" skill. The rapid arrow, always hit, ogre's "double damage", and dwarf AoE attack do not count, as they affect "regular" attacks.

Yes. If a dwarf is between 2 buildings within his range, and targets both, he can attack both while skill is active.
