If you need sending someone a reply to a message, first of all open your forum mailbox. Click on the small envelope in top right corner of the screen: Then, be certain you are in your "inbox folder": In that page there's the list of the received messages.
Click on the title of the message you want to reply to. The messag will open. In order to reply, click "send reply": In the new page, write your message and when you are ready click "Submit"

I hate to say this, but this would be appropriate in the FAQ or General Information. That is assuming they look for the info, however.

You are *so* right!
But there is a player who needs contacting me soon, is using the minichat, and this post was the best thing I could think of - at 2 AM and with no computer access
