Hello, i was given an account at level 40 and leveled it all the way to 153. I changed the password and have Google play receipts for all the stuff i bought for it.
Today the password was changed and i lost everything because i didn't know how to change the email...

Is there anything that can be done? Please?

Trading accounts is against the rules.
So is giving away an account.
By accepting such account you assume all risks and penalties arising from that rule breach.
Therefore if the original owner takes the account back using the password reset procedure, that is at your own risk.
In these circircumstances, stolen accounts risk permanent jail.
All this is explained in the rules

The email on an account is the only way the ownership of the account can be verified. For this reason it is made clear when creating the account that the email must be a permanent one as it will not be changed

You will need to contact an administrator about stolen accounts, or purchase issues.
They have green names on the forum. Contact only one please.
Tell them what happened. They may punish the player who cheated you, or they may not.
They may help you with your purchases, or they may not. If they are interested, they will ask you for receipts.
It may very well depend on when the purchases were made.
