I am sorry but we cannot have skins like croc because is Dwarf skin and this is ogre skin so cannot have it

Nicely caught. Under the new rules, class specific skins (archer/mage/etc.) aren't allowed on other classes.

One strange question. Does that mean siege engine skin would be an archer only skin, since it shoots arrows? Lol. I hope not, since the sight of a mage's attack looks awesome coming from a siege. Lol.

I don't think mad, only you can't have the skin that one ogre can buy for example

The issue with this case was that the red monster skin is in purchasable list.
No class change has been done nor involved.
And siege weapons cannot be used as skins, so no need to worry about siege mages
