Considerations on another way for purchasable items trading

The only thing that need to done to decrease the scamming to 0 is make purchase system like in OV
This is carelessness of devs that we still have scammers not the GMs

Items purchased for real money (backpacks, skins, levels) appear in the inventory of the purchasing player. They can then be traded as normal. Scam therefore not possible.

This system is better, but doesn't it create a different style of scam? For example, player 1 buys a skin for player 2 and it appears in player 1's backpack. Player 2 then logs out and so player 1 is left with a skin he didn't want in the first place. He has therefore wasted his money.
Ok, you could argue that buying a skin is cheap so no real harm done. Now think about the scenario when buying 10 lvls or more
