Hello.
I purchased extra bank strage and used it in back pack, but it didn't work. Bank strage didn't increase.
I don't know what's wrong. I hope someone's good advice.
I'm keeping the reciept and can tell the ordering number if needed. Thank you.

You need to put more than 20 items in the bank. Then the extra bank slots are shown.

This sounds similar (if not identical) to how clan storage works. A castle stores 10 pages of items, but only displays the pages that are actually occupied.
