I hear some may be having issues with forum PMs.
I've contacted the forum admin, who is looking into other possibilities.

There is one simple one you can check:
In the user control panel, there's an option of what to do if you inbox gets full.
(This applies to GMs as well)

In the User Control panel, select private messages (I think you get here from the envelope icon as well).
On the left side, choose "Rules, Folders, and Settings"
Look at the "If folder is full" option - best option is to make sure its set to delete; moving to another folder will likely cause the same problem eventually.
If you want to save messages, you can always move them to another folder individually.
Keep in mind - if you select a different option, you have to hit the "Change" button.

Given the good info here, I think this would make a good "sticky."

but when im log out if friends send me pm and im no online all faild

That's how I have everything set up and I get messages so that's odd.

If I understand old posts, etc., correctly, older versions used to save the PM inside the game for you. Now, the messages are pushed to your phone as a notification, but that only works for the last character logged in. I think I have recently gotten some, so I don't have the same issue if you are no longer receiving notifications to your phone. I hope you sort it out!
