You will need to contact an administrator by private message.
Administrators have green names on the forum.
The easiest way to do this:
The staff list is viewable on the main forum page, at the bottom.
Click on one of the green names in it, then click the "send private message" button.
Type a subject, then type your message.
Preview lets you see the message as it will look to them, and submit will send it.
(note, if you wait too long without hitting a button, all the info you entered could be lost).
At least, include your account name, and that you wish to get it back
