Lol its lvl is full of nines, I know it 10000.

Neither a bug, nor a joke.
You *knew* the level to be 10000.
It was changed some time ago.
May not be 100% accurate for difficulty rating, but it has its purpose.

I'd be willing to bet that this is to prevent it from becoming a pet once a player reaches lvl 20k, since it has no resistances to otherwise prevent it from being one.
