House buying should have the reverse requirements. It makes more sense to first pay for the house (item on purchase menu), THEN post the screen print (location, description) with the choice. There's no reason that a dev can't create the house element AND directly assign to the appropriate account. This would eliminate the chance that the buyer can't purchase the house before the timer expires (or another player clicks "For Sale" and buys it)

He's quite willing to help you find your perfect home.
Just keep in mind, such a negotiation can take longer.
The current public method is the fastest of the available options.
